An Evening of Broadway with Nola Richardson

Her voice has been called “especially impressive” (The New York Times) and “powerful, yet supple.” (Arts and Culture Texas) Award-winning soprano Nola Richardson brings some of your favorite Broadway characters to life in this Evening of Broadway. Fresh off her major debut with the Los Angeles Opera (as the title role in Hildegard) Richardson promises a performance of “spellbinding acting-singing…who infuses an effervescent soprano with seductive character work.” (blogcritic.org) With style, theatrics, and a voice with “astonishing balance and accuracy,” (Washington Post), Richardson brings her experiences performing at the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall to The Covey in this free Broadway concert.
