Moonlight Meditation

Join us for an hour of live sound mediation and deep relaxation in nature! Held at the newly developed area on the east side of the park. The event will begin with a brief introduction to Crystal Singing Bowls and the healing properties of sound. We start with a short mediation using our breath followed by the soothing sound of the singing bowls under the stars. No experience or skill required. Please arrive early to settle into your space. What to bring: flashlight and yoga mat. You may also bring a blanket, pillow, sweatshirt, water bottle or anything else you need for comfort while laying down. Please park: in the sled hill lot of off Wolf Road or Grace Lutheran Church on the corner of Euclid and Wolf Road.
