ADULT BALLET CLASSES for beginners!

When you’re a grown adult who still wants to learn Ballet, it might feel like your time has passed. It's not true! You can start learning Ballet at any time in your life! Ballet classes can improve your agility, posture, and movement. Are you trying to find an outlet for creativity? Are you trying to find a fun new hobby? Are you trying to find a new way to exercise your body? If you don’t feel confident in a leotard, just start with athletic wear that allows you to move freely and see your body well! Classes every on Wednesday from 4.30-5.30pm here at Proserpine Community Centre, 36 Gardenia St, Proserpine. Classes cost $20 per person and your first class is FREE, so you can come along and try it out to see if ballet is for you.
