Lunch & Learn: Sherry from Luxe Longevity

Sherry will share valuable insight into perimenopause and menopause—covering the critical role hormones play in the body, what happens when levels decline, and how that impacts overall health.

She’ll also dive into the science and benefits of hormone replacement therapy, and how it can create positive changes.

This session isn’t just for women—men are encouraged to attend as well. Understanding what women are experiencing is an important part of support and teamwork. Jason (Sherry's husband) will also join us to share a brief personal perspective on what it was like when his partner was struggling.
