Join us October 10-12, 2025 in Princeton, Illinois for a multi-faceted weekend of education and hands-on experience centered around building with hempcrete! From learning the basics to mixing and installing hempcrete, you’ll apply your newfound knowledge, connect with like-minded people, and leave with the skills and confidence to build your own structure or business in the growing hemp space.
Hosted at the to-be headquarters of the IHGA in the historic Art District in Princeton, IL, this experience offers a unique blend of industry education, hands-on training, and community building. We will also celebrate the IHGA's 7th Anniversary!
Conveniently located just two hours west of Chicago on I-80, this hemp experience is easily accessible by car, and the Amtrak station is just one block from the building site, making travel simple for those coming from Chicago and Springfield.
People 18+ of all skill levels are welcome, whether you're a building professional, a natural and green building advocate, or someone eager to learn and create. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the booming field of hemp-based construction.
