Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just a little lost? This fall, give yourself the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back home to yourself.

Join the providers of From the Ashes Counseling for a women's wellness retreat designed to help you reconnect with your most grounded, joyful, and authentic self.

Through practices like journaling, yoga, guided meditation, and time in nature, we’ll explore self-compassion and healing by honoring the inner child. You’ll also build meaningful connections with like-minded women in a supportive, restorative environment.

This is a wellness retreat (not therapy!) open to all women who want to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. You don’t need prior experience, just a willingness to show up for yourself. You’ll be guided by licensed mental health professionals and an experienced yoga and breathwork instructor.

Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and personalized. Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed, reconnected, and restored.
