Beyond the Starter: Sourdough Extended Class

If you’ve already dipped your hands into the world of sourdough by creating and feeding a starter, it’s time to level up your bread-making skills. Sugar Water is excited to host “Beyond the Starter,” a follow-up to our popular Sourdough Basics class. This immersive, hands-on workshop is designed for anyone ready to move from the jar to the dough bowl and start crafting beautiful, crusty loaves from scratch.

Join us at Sugar Water at The Washington Hotel for an evening of flour-covered fun, skill-building, and of course, plenty of tasty bites. You’ll learn to mix, fold, shape, and ferment your own dough while deepening your understanding of the science and timing behind sourdough baking.
