Yoga to Create Space

This class is an all-levels / beginner-friendly yoga flow to create space in the body and mind, using guided breathing and embodied movement. No experience necessary. Please let us know at registration if you are interested in being provided a chair for a modified yoga practice.

Enter the new year gently and mindfully by creating space for new projects, a fresh start, breathing life into your creative practice, or simply inviting in a little more ease.
