Get ready!!
It is almost time for our family friendly morning; Run for One taking place on 21 February together with Asics and Run-A-Way Sport! We will run together as we raise funds and awareness for Tswalo House.
👟Asics will join us with demo shoes for runners to run with and experience the comfort they give on a run.
Ps…There are only a limited amount of pairs available, so keep a look out 👀 on our socials for the link to book a pair and exciting info still coming your way!

Entries open at 5h00
Distances: 1km, 3km and 6km. (Those eager to do more are welcome to run more than one lap.)
👟Adults - R100 on the day.
👟Kids under 12 years - R50
Venue: Run-A-Way Sport (302 Freesia Street, Lynnwood Ridge)
Great Coffee and boerewors rolls will be sold. All proceeds on the day will be towards Tswalo House.
