08:00 – 09:00 → Day entries, registration, number board collection & payments
09:15 → Officials meeting
09:30 – 10:15 → Official practice (±15 min per category)
10:15 – 10:20 → Riders briefing & staging
10:30 → Racing starts (timed laps)
12:00 → Hot Laps (±15 min per class)
±13:00 → Break (30 min)
±13:30 → Finals (top 5 timed laps per class)
After finals → Prize Giving
⚠️ Important Notes
Online entries close Thursday, 4 September @ 20:00
Riders must confirm attendance at registration and collect their number plate (valid for entire season).
Correct age category checks are the rider/parent’s responsibility. Racing in the wrong class results in forfeit of points.
Safety gear is mandatory:
Helmets & closed shoes (compulsory)
Recommended: Knee/elbow pads, gloves, long-sleeve jerseys, and trousers
Riders will not be allowed on track without proper safety equipment.
