On 24 October, join us for Go Silent Day – a moment to recognise our nonspeakers.

We’re inviting you to go silent for one hour at work or school to step into the world of those whose struggles are often unseen. �

Show your support by getting your Go Silent stickers (digital or physical) and wear your silence with pride. Challenge your colleagues at work or friends at school!

Together, let’s make invisible disabilities visible. �
