This is the Second Red Rose & First South East Lanc's cross country of the season and will take place at Heaton Park on Saturday 25th October. With closest parking at the St Margaret's Road entrance M25 2GT
ORDER OF EVENTS will use Red Rose timings
Under 11 Boys: 12.15
Under 11 Girls: 12.30
Under 13 Boys: 12.45
Under 13 Girls: 1.00
Under 15 Boys & Girls: 1.15
Under 17 Boys & Girls, Junior, Senior and Vet. Ladies: 1.35
Junior, Senior, & Veteran Men: 2.15
Important things to note
Club vests MUST be worn by all athletes over 11 years (no Club T-shirts are allowed).
Correct numbers for each league must be displayed on the front of the club vest.
Please arrive early for your race start especially the first one as you will have to collect your number & warm up.
All runners to register with CAAT Team Manager (Colette) to collect your numbers.
Don’t forget your safety pins, you will need four.
Keep your number safe as you keep the same one for each series of league events, it will cost you to replace it.
Appropriate footwear to be worn - TBA closer to the date.
