Observing the Night Sky

Join the Astronomical Society of New Haven for an introduction to the winter night sky. Learn what you can see with the naked eye, binoculars, and a telescope; how to read a star chart; and how to use simple star hops to find objects. The program also highlights
the upcoming (March 2026) total lunar eclipse and meteor shower, with solar observing offered if conditions allow. Limit: 30. Registration required at link below.
