The ModCon Challenge Bootcamp is a brilliant opportunity for people learning to skate and play roller derby. We have some highly skilled and regarded coaches across Victoria. We will finish the Bootcamp with a Mod Scrimmage to put the skills you've learnt into practice.
When: Saturday 4th October 2025 - 9am to 5pm
Where: The Factory - 2 Stott Street Preston - Victorian Roller Derby League
What to Bring: Your Skates & Protective gear, lunch (pies, sausage rolls & spinach/ricotta rolls will be for sale), drink bottle, pen & paper (Snacks will be provided).
Who can register: People of all genders who are 15 years and older. This bootcamp is suitable for all levels including off-skate, learn to skate/non-contact, low-contact, mod-contact & pre-bouting. New to bouting skaters are also welcome!
Off-Skate Classes are for everyone & On-Skate Classes are for people who have been cleared for some level of contact by thier club.
All participants must have permission to attend from their home club and have the appropriate level of insurance.
Cost:
$70 (50 Concession). Please message to arrange a payment plan if needed :)
