Autumn Evening Sound Bath

Welcome Autumn in with cozy candlelight vibes at the vineyard! Autumn is a season of so much change; an invitation to follow nature’s rhythm and truly let go. This sound bath, which will be under the tent, will be a beautiful opportunity to slow down and reset the nervous system as we step into the season of longer nights.
Misty, from Balanced Branches and Nourished Roots, will guide us through a short meditation to settle in and quiet the mind. Then allow the soothing sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, as well as other calming instruments to deepen your state of relaxation while being surrounded by nature’s calming presence.
Following the sound bath that takes place from 6:00-7:00pm, continue to relax with a glass of PRV wine that is included with this event while you enjoy the breathtaking views of Preston Ridge Vineyard. This is truly going to be a perfect opportunity to take a deep breath and we look forward to sharing it with you all!

~What to bring: a yoga mat, 2 pillows, 2 or more blankets, or feel free to bring a chair that allows you to recline
