Ladies Group Boxing Class

Round 2 of our Ladies Group Training came up empty again — but we’re not giving up. 💪👊

We’ll give it one more shot next Wednesday, 11am–12pm at 619 Miller Valley Rd. If no one makes it this time, we’ll re-open the polls and let you ladies choose a new time...

💃 Ladies, this is a beginner-friendly class. No need to worry about getting punched in the face — this is about learning fundamentals, building confidence, and yes, burning calories while having fun. Boxing can be a great foundation of self-defense while getting you in shape.
