Linda Loomis Lunch and Learn - Committed to Memory

Linda Loomis, whose private collection is featured in the Committed to Memory will present on the her featured pieces.

This exhibit represents a treasured private collection of pieces mostly by current working Hopi, Navajo, Apache, Acoma & Zuni Artists. The collection includes Kachina Dolls; Weavings; Pottery; Basketry and more. Each art form of these Southwestern tribes, holds profound connections to memory and heritage. All the elements of design - the symbols, pigments choices, selections of materials - embody generations of knowledge and spiritual beliefs.
