This parents-only class is an invitation to step onto your mat and reconnect with you. Carve out intentional time to breathe, move, and reset as we explore functional, feel-good movement that supports strength, balance, and stability in your body.

Classes are thoughtfully designed to help you move with confidence and ease—supporting the muscles and joints that carry you through the many demands of parenthood. Expect mindful breathwork, grounding movement, and moments of restoration to help you feel more centered, capable, and refreshed.

In true FCYKC spirit, this is a come-as-you-are class. There’s no pressure to perform—just space to show up, be supported, and enjoy the power of practicing in community with other parents who get it. Give yourself this moment of pause and reset… your nervous system (and your children) will thank you.
