About the instructor: Sonya is a massive food nerd with a love for sharing food and knowledge. She has a Master in Public Health Nutrition, works in commercial kitchens, and is an avid home cook. When she met her Indian husband, he cooked for her, and that was the start of a lifelong passion for Indian culture and food.
