Therapeutic Yoga for Healthy Aging

Participants will be supported to build strong muscles and bones, to improve balance, mobility and agility. Other benefits include optimizing the circulatory system and stimulating brain health. By incorporating relaxation, breath awareness and mindfulness, this practice becomes a complete yogic experience. Participants should be able to transition from the floor to standing independently and may use a chair as support.

Small group of 3 – 6 participants.
Series of four 75-minute classes, max. 6 participants Price: $100

Classes are pre-registered.

This is a four-class series and new participants need to start at the beginning of the series. Once you have taken this class with Regina you may start anytime in the series if spaces are still available and fees will then be pro-rated.
