🤶🏼Join us for mince pies and chocolate yule log at our last Carleton group before Christmas.

Come and join us if you already live alcohol free or you’re interested in the benefits or you’ve stopped and started drinking a few times and want to consider your future choices. Many ladies who join us are, or have been, ‘grey area’ drinkers who want to make healthier lifestyle choices. We provide non judgemental space and time for everyone to make decisions that are right for them as an individual.

✨First visit free then future groups are just £6 pay as you go with tea and coffee including decaf and herbal, free ‘quit lit’ book library, information and leaflets on other health and wellbeing services including holistic wellbeing practitioners.

✨Room is accessible, free car park and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Wyre to attend. You’re welcome wherever you live✨
