✨Join our growing community of women who already live alcohol free, or want to know more about the benefits. We provide non judgemental space and time for everyone to make decisions that are right for them as an individual.

✨First visit free then future groups are just £6 pay as you go with tea and coffee including decaf and herbal, free ‘quit lit’ book library, information and leaflets on other health and wellbeing services including holistic wellbeing practitioners.

✨Room is accessible, free car park and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Wyre to attend. You’re welcome wherever you live.
