After entering the warm pool you will be guided through deep rhythmic breathing paying attention to your whole body motion with gentle stretches & the extention of your arms & legs feeling the buoyancy factor that alters gravity making your body feel lighter , enjoy the light therapeutic sounds and scents surrounding you leading you to a state of relaxation, sense freedom & serenity.
