Will Miner is the Vice President of Product Design at Slack, leading design teams focused on AI and automation to explore how thoughtful technology can improve collaboration and confidence. With over fifteen years of experience moving between design, coding, and leadership, Will’s work is driven by curiosity, creativity, and care. He is especially interested by how small design choices can have a big impact on how people use technology and work together. Will also serves on the museum’s Board of Trustees.

NextGen STEAM is our program where kids get the chance to meet diverse professionals from exciting STEAM careers—scientists, engineers, artists, and more! They’ll hear inspiring stories, learn what motivated these experts to pursue their paths, and get a glimpse into their daily work.
Each session features a hands-on activity or craft that ties into the profession, offering a fun and interactive way for young minds to explore potential passions. It’s the perfect opportunity to spark curiosity and be inspired by the leaders of tomorrow!
