🌌 Shamanic Drumming Sound Journey on Sunday, December 21 from 3-4:30 pm
Join us for a three-part immersive sound journey designed to guide you into deep states of connection, contemplation, and integration, led by our Drumming Circle instructor, Casey Sweeney.
✨ Part One – Descent into the Lower World
Guided by the steady pulse of shamanic drumming, participants are invited to travel into the lower world—a realm of wisdom and instinct—where you may meet power animals or spirit guides who offer support, insight, and healing.
✨ Part Two – Reflection and Stillness
Following the journey, we move into a state of quiet contemplation. The flowing sounds of the ocean drum and resonant singing bowls will hold space for you to reflect on your experiences, allowing their meanings to unfold gently and naturally.
✨ Part Three – Integration
To close, tuning forks will be used to harmonize body and mind, supporting integration of the journey’s lessons. Participants will be guided into journaling, grounding insights into written form so they may be carried forward with clarity and intention.
This sound journey is open to all levels of experience. Bring a journal, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
The cost of this workshop is $25, paid in cash on the day of the day of the event.
