GriefShare Group Meeting

GriefShare is a free structured support group program aimed at individuals grieving the death of a loved one. It offers a compassionate environment where participants can share their experiences and emotions with others who understand their pain. The program is designed to help individuals cope with their grief through a combination of video presentations, group discussions, and personal reflection.

Program Structure

Duration: The program lasts for 13 weeks, meeting bi-weekly, with each session focusing on different aspects of grief and recovery. You can start anytime during the 13 weeks.

Format: Each session begins with a 30-minute video featuring experts discussing various grief-related topics, followed by group discussions where participants can share their thoughts and feelings.

Participant Guide: Attendees will receive a free participant guide that serves as a roadmap for their grief journey, helping them process their emotions and apply what they learn in the group
