Our Denim & Diamonds Dinner is just a couple of months away—can you believe how quickly time has flown?
This year, we’re honored to welcome our very own Melissa Lathrop as our special speaker. A little over two years ago, Melissa faced the unimaginable—losing the love of her life without warning. Through heartbreak and healing, she has remained steadfast and unshaken, worshipping her way through the depths of grief and into the light of hope. Melissa’s story is one of resilience, faith, and the beautiful promise that, in the end, heaven is our reward.
Our theme is Boots On The Ground. While boots may symbolize Sturdiness and Authority, shoes often represent our readiness to walk through life's journey and face the world. Boots as protection and power. Boots represents the armor we wear to face challenges. Boots are a symbol of movement and transition, symbolizing active engagement and tangible action in one's faith or calling. In a spiritual sense, it means actively living out one's faith.
