Because of this ticket transfers will only be considered on a **case-by-case basis** and must be requested no later than **30 days before the event**.

Each character assignment includes personalized materials that are prepared in advance and cannot be modified at the last minute. As all guests are assigned characters with specific objectives to complete throughout the evening we cannot guarantee how the mystery will unfold. While we strive to ensure the event flows as intended we cannot be held responsible for unexpected actions such as guests revealing information prematurely.
