SOUL SUPPER: Local Resources for Mental Wellness

Join us for a complimentary dinner hosted by Gary's Goodness from 5:30-6pm, followed by an informational session facilitated by Heather Greenawalt, LCSW-R, from 6-7pm. Learn about local resources available to support mental wellness - for yourself, your loved ones, & our community. Whether you're seeking guidance, support, or simply want to learn more, this event offers space to explore mental health services & build stronger community connections. Free childcare will be provided during the informational session. Registration is needed to help plan food & childcare needs. Everyone is welcome!
