Come and support Gráinne Cooke at the Atlantic Sessions, while listening to songs she has written from the heart since the age of 15, all the way to now. Hear her bring her song book to life!
Head down to the Marcus Hotel in Portrush on Sat Nov 15th to hear Gráinne performed a mixture of her own original compositions and well-known foot-tappers.
Gráinne is a Northern Irish female singer, guitar player and songwriter from Magilligan, in the Northwest, where Binevenagh meets Benone Strand.
Music has always been her first love, since performing in her granda's living room from the age of 5, to studying music for GCSE and progressing on then to sing at weddings whilst studying English at university.
Gráinne is now a teacher and takes the school choir, but when she clocks off for the weekend, it's time for the singing to begin. She recently recorded her first single- (Can I Have) One Last Dance? which is available on Spotify and all major streaming platforms. But, there is much, much more where that came from. Gráinne's dream is to continue to work and save to record more of her work.
Gráinne is really looking forward to performing at the Atlantic Sessions along with many other fantastic local musicians, homegrown in Northern Ireland. An experience not to be missed!
