Quarterly OTPCL Membership Social

The Olde Towne Portsmouth Civic League is hosting a quarterly social for its members to get together and celebrate our neighborhood and enjoy our neighbors. The OTPCL will provide the appetizers and you are responsible for your beverages. Every 3-4 months we will gather at a local business to socialize and meet our neighbors. Come join us and be apart of our community.
