Pilates for Pelvic Floor Health Workshop

SHEcoast Multisport & Roots Integrative Therapies are excited to present a workshop on Pilates for Pelvic Floor Health!

Join Tatjana Mahon, a pelvic floor occupational therapist and Pilates instructor, for an informative workshop about pelvic health. The format of the class will begin with education regarding the role of our pelvic floor and connection to deep core integration. Tatjana will then lead you through a gentle Pilates sequence focusing on breath, pelvic floor coordination, and core strengthening. Whether you are an athlete looking to progress your sport, or someone looking to deepen their connection to their pelvic floor, this workshop will provide valuable knowledge.

This event is free and open to the public. Please bring your own mat to the workshop. We look forward to seeing you there!
