Format: "Pyramid"

Light: 200(200), 400(400), 600(200), 600(200), 400(400), 200(200) = 2.5 miles

Medium: 200(200), 400(400), 600(200), 800(400), 600(200), 400(400), 200(200) = 3.25 miles

Heavy: 200(200), 400(400), 800(400), 1200(400), 800(400), 400(400), 200(200) = 4 miles

Long: 800(400), 1200(400), 1600(400), 1200(400), 800(400) = 4.75 miles

The hot summer weater has broken, at least for this week. :) It should be near perfect on the track, mostly cloudy and 68F, with a light breeze. See you there!
