Pickup: Saturday, January 10, 9:00 AM – Marriott Courtyard Multiplaza Mall (Panama City)
Drop-off: Colon Port Terminal by 11:00 AM (choose boarding time after 11 AM)
Return: Saturday, January 17, 9:00 AM pickup from Colon Port to arrive back at Marriott Courtyard by 10:00 AM
💡 Note: All excursions and extra events listed below are outside of your cruise booking and must be purchased separately. These are optional activities for those who wish to join the Butler Brigade group fun!
Saturday, January 10 – All White Take-Off
Theme: 🌟 All White Elegance
Dress Code: All white attire (chic resort style).
Event: Group meet-up on Deck 11 (Lido Deck) at 4 PM for embarkation photos, champagne toast, and introductions.
Sunday, January 11 – Cartagena, Colombia 🇨🇴
Excursion (Optional): Road to Emancipation Tour

Monday, January 12 – Cruising Day
Optional Activity: Cupcake Decorating Class 🍰
Time: 10 AM

Theme: 🏈 Game Day at Sea
Dress Code: Favorite sports team gear (jerseys, caps, etc.).

Tuesday, January 13 – Aruba Adventure 🇦🇼
Morning Excursion (Optional): Aruba Sights, Scenes & Tastes Tour
Time: 8:30 AM
Duration: 4 hours (returns around 12:30 PM).

Evening Excursion (Optional): KuKoo Kunuku Dinner & Nightlife Tour
Time: 5 PM–10 PM
Book via: Royal Caribbean website (includes dinner and transportation).
Theme: 💃🏽 Carnival Aruba
Dress Code: Sequins, feathers, neon — vibrant and bold!
Wednesday, January 14 – Cruising Day
Theme: 🏖️ Tropical Splash
Dress Code: Swimwear with colorful coverups, leis, and tropical prints.
Activity: Poolside volleyball at 1 PM — come ready for fun and laughter!
Evening Event: Luau at Sea 🌺 – Hawaiian shirts, flower leis, and tropical cocktails.
Thursday, January 15 – Aruba, Under the Sea
Excursion (Optional): Sea Trek Underwater Walking Tour
Time: 11:45 AM
Booking: Via Royal Caribbean website or app.
Note: You do not need to swim — just walk and breathe through a helmet underwater (~20 min).
Theme: 🧜🏽 Under the Sea
Dress Code: Shades of blue, turquoise, and aqua; seashell accessories encouraged.
Evening Event: “Mermaids & Mariners Mixer” – group photos and sea-themed party.
Friday, January 16 – Final Cruise Day
Morning Excursion (Optional): Sip & Tour Brunch
Time: 10:30 AM

Theme: 🎩 Butler Brigade Black & Gold Finale
Dress Code: Elegant black & gold attire for the farewell dinner.
Event: Champagne toast, Butler Brigade Awards, and final group celebration.
