If you’ve been craving something beyond the usual weekly class — a space to really drop in, breathe fully, and touch that quiet inner stillness — this extended two-hour Let Go Breathwork session is for you.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, using conscious connected breathing, guided meditation, and gentle somatic release to open the body and calm the mind. There’s more time here — to explore, to feel, and to let the breath carry you where it needs to go.
