10th International Conference on Operational Excellence (OPEX) - ICOPEX 2025

The International Conference on Operational Excellence celebrates its 10th edition in the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal, on September 8-9, 2025. This milestone event will explore the theme: "Leading and Sustaining OPEX in the Era of Digitalization."
Since its inception in Glasgow, Scotland, OPEX has become a global benchmark, attracting over 1,000 delegates from 38 countries across six continents. The conference serves as a hub for experts, researchers, and industry leaders to share insights, foster innovation, and shape the future of Operational Excellence.
Conference Chair, Professor Jiju Antony from Faculty of Business and Law, Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University (England, UK), and Local chairs, José Carlos Sá and Francisco Silva from the School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Porto (ISEP), Portugal, will oversee the conference. The co-chairs of this event include: Chad Laux PhD, USA; Beth Cudney, Ph.D., USA; Raja Jayaraman, USA; Dr. Olivia McDermott, Ireland; Guilherme Tortorella, Australia; and Michael Sony, UK.
We invite researchers and practitioners to submit their papers to the 10th International Conference on Operational Excellence (OPEX).
