Reiki Level One Class
This introductory Reiki Level One class is designed for anyone who feels called to deepen their connection to their body, energy, and intuition. Whether you are already sensitive to energy or simply curious about hands-on healing, this class offers a structured and supportive foundation for working with Reiki.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing practice rooted in Buddhism, with influences from Tai Chi. In this class, students will learn the foundational Reiki hand positions and how they correspond with the body’s chakra system. We will explore the Reiki Principles as tools for emotional awareness, focus, and cultivating a more balanced lifestyle.
Through guided instruction, meditation, and energy exercises, students will learn techniques to support overall health and regulate the nervous system. The class also emphasizes developing intuitive awareness and understanding how energetic blockages affect the energy body.
Each student will receive a Reiki Level One attunement and have the opportunity to practice Reiki techniques in a supportive learning environment. Reiki can be used for self-care as well as to support family, friends, and pets.
