In this session, participants will dive into the Elements of Effective Instruction (EEI) toolkit. You’ll discover practical ways to use the EEI toolkit for planning meaningful classroom observations, identifying trends, and designing targeted professional development. Participants will walk away with tools and ideas for designing instructional walkthroughs that align with their school’s instructional priorities. This session will conclude with a guided process to reflect on how to: set a clear purpose and vision for instructional walkthroughs, build a climate and culture that will support engagement, and anticipate and address potential barriers for success.
