I have poured all my experiences, knowledge, heart and pure intentions into this transformative healing journey.
I wanted to offer a concept that reflects and provides the true essence of templeofsun.
This retreat that I'm offering in September is the mirror of everything I have become since I fully dedicated my life to healing practices, love and light.
For three years, I lived completely off-grid in the mountains of Portugal, immersed in the energy of a well-known yoga retreat. It was there that I tasted both the highest highs and the deepest lows of my life. I found myself. I lived what felt like a dream. And then, I lost myself completely and walked through fire. That chapter shaped me into who I am today.
During those years, I began to truly value my gifts. I learned how to love myself. I experienced profound healing and soaked in deep knowledge around holistic health and retreat life. It was one of the greatest initiations of my life—a spiritual bootcamp in every sense.
The past two years have been dedicated to integration and deep internal processing. And then came the final, heartbreaking chapter of that journey—the loss of my beloved teacher and friend, the very heart of that retreat space. Her passing was a turning point in my healing. Even in her death, she offered me medicine. She pulled me out of the darkness and back into my heart.
I dedicate this retreat to Vonni’s memory.
Today I feel entirely confident and renewed.
I have grown into a new version of myself.
Holding space from my heart, sharing my light through vulnerability, playfulness and authenticity while being entirely present with my teachings, sharing the holistic tools I love and value so much, is who I truly am.
It would be my honour to share this incredible journey together with you!
