Into Me I See

Into Me I See is 2 hour monthly temple where you can meet yourself in a joyful, playful, ritualistic way.

Get quiet enough so you can really here the voice of your truest self and from that place enjoy intimacy and connection with others.

This is a faciliated group space where all of you is welcome.

The beauty, the challenge, the shyness, the emotion, the joy, the grief.

There will be music, movement and dancing, connection practices, meditation and ritual.

But there is no one to be, nothing to do.

Come with an open mind and heart.

Be willing to experience the simple joy of being alive.

What this is:

• A group experience for all bodies and gender identity.
• A place for the 'beginner's mind'. No experience of Temple or group spaces is necessary.
• An inclusive event that welcomes the full expression of your humanity. Including your emotions, fears, pleasures and pains.
• A space to express yourself freely. Wear whatever you want. Dress for comfort or for beauty and self-expression. No nudity.
• A guided space held by an experienced facilitator. We are exploring the balance between self-responsibility and group connection and coherence.
• A sober space. No drugs, alchohol or micro-dosing. Get high on life ;)

What this is not:

• A place for 'hook ups' and intimate or sexual connections. We are exploring true intimacy with self and others without agenda or goal. Physical connection is welcome but there is no expectation to touch or engage with anyone if you don't want to.
• A place for lots of talking. Sharing and reflections will be invited and welcome but this is not a 'chatty space'. It is an opportunity to explore connection without lots of words.

Doors will close at 7.15 pm, after that you will not be allowed to come in.

Please arrive on time.

Olivia has spent years exploring Temple culture and transformational spaces that welcome the full expression of our humanity. She is Transformational Guide and Mentor with a background in corporate government communications and strategy and Tantric embodiment and sexuality. She supports others to access their deepest self and create a life of beauty and meaning through intimacy, leadership and creativity. Olivia holds events and retreats in the UK and loves to romp along the Cornish headlands with her beloved rescue dog.
