Mental Health Night

The Lord created us mind, body and soul. And he cares for each part 2 Corinthians 10:5 reminds us to take every thought captive and And teach it to obey Christ. God was so intentional in our creation that taking thoughts captive is not just an act of obedience, but it is a powerful mental health practice. Neuroscience shows us that the more we focus on hope, truth and peace, the more our brains are rewired. God's Word renews us, and science is just catching up to what He's already told us. The mental health night will be a night of renewal and realignment and will shine light on the ways God cares for our mental health and include prayer and practical application skills to take with you on the journey to become a renewed person in Christ.
