Free ladies self defence seminar

We are pleased to announce that our free ladies' seminar will be held on Saturday 13th September and supported by the policing and safety community partnership, who will be giving a talk on the day. This seminar will have 3 instructors on the day, including 2 lady instructors who have trained at the club for many years and are therefore well qualified to teach on the day. Personal attack alarms will also be provided for those in attendance. Another free seminar will be planned later in the year.

Due to the high rate of attacks against women, Esteem Self defence are running this completely free of charge. The seminar will cover awareness, basic defensive combatives and the law around self-defense.

Due to the high demand and the volume of names already registered, it is only available to those who pre-book with Tracey.

We also run mixed public classes weekly in Banbridge and Lisburn.
