On December 13, join Michelline and Andonia for an immersive journey of Hatha Yoga for grounding and embodiment, Sacred Sound Meditation for nervous system restoration, Intuitive Art for emotional expression and creative awakening, Ceremonial Cacao for heart-opening connection, and Spiritual Renewal practices for clarity, peace, and expansion. Nourish yourself through ritual, movement, creativity, and sisterhood. This experience is anchored in consciousness and steady support, designed to guide you into the depths of your inner landscape and the healing of your soul. You will learn to listen beneath the stories and conditioning you’ve carried, reconnecting with the wisdom that has always lived within you. Everything unfolds within the safety of community, with a thoughtfully curated flow of practices and spaciousness for rest, reflection, and integration.

FULL DAY FLOW —

Your day begins with an Opening Circle and Cacao Ceremony, a gentle and intentional arrival where the heart softens and the body begins to settle into presence. From there, you will move into an embodied Hatha yoga practice designed to melt tension, awaken the spine, and reconnect you with your breath finishing off with hands on reiki.

Following yoga, a guided breathwork with shamanic drumming helps release emotional heaviness, internal contraction, and energetic stagnation. With the body and mind opened, will move into a reiki infused sound mediation. Through resonant tones and ancestral instruments, you will enter a state of deep restoration and expanded inner clarity.

A nourishing break follows with herbal tea, and a vegetarian lunch. This is your time to breathe, ground, and integrate the morning’s journey.

Weather permitting a gentle walk, connecting you with the natural rhythms of life.

Returning indoors, you will enter the practice of Neurographic Art. This somatic creative process uses line, pattern, and color to unwind subconscious tension, re-pattern inner narratives, and open new pathways of insight and possibility. The process is meditative, intuitive, and deeply healing.

As the day draws to a close, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra, a state of profound rest where the body sleeps but the spirit stays awake. This final journey anchors everything softened, released, and awakened throughout the day.

The retreat concludes with a closing circle and blessing, offering time for grounding, reflection, and gentle integration before you depart with renewed energy and an awakened inner landscape.

Participants receive an entire day of multidimensional healing that weaves movement, breathwork, cacao, sound healing, somatic art, nature-based ritual, and guided inner journeying. You will be supported emotionally and energetically throughout the experience, held in a space created for softness, truth, creativity, and renewal. A take-home integration guide is included so your transformation can continue to unfold in the days after the retreat. Nourishing snacks, herbal teas, and a vegetarian lunch are provided to support your body with ease and care.
