As the warmth of spring approaches, sap starts to course through sugar maple trees. 🍁 But how does that sap become maple syrup? Learn about tree physiology, ecosystem dynamics, and cultural significance of maple sugaring traditions. Event co-sponsor and guest speaker from Riveredge Nature Center.
