Happy Hobbit Day! Sept. 22 is Frodo & Bilbo Baggins' birthdays! The W.J. Niederkorn Library is celebrating the day with tea time, Tolkien trivia, and a hobbit-themed craft. Join us on the upper floor for festivities! Best for ages 14 and up. No registration required.
