5th Annual - "A Fall Classic Harvest Party" '25

This year, we will be hosting our 5th Annual "A Fall Classic Harvest Party" on Wednesday, October 22nd!

We are so excited to celebrate FALL with our amazing Portview Family! We welcome you to join us! This is a FREE event for the whole family!

CHILI COOKOFF!
Chili cooks: Sign up and bring your best chili for our cookoff. And everyone else, bring your appetite! Try the different chili recipes and vote for your favorites! Sign up if you're participating in the chili cookoff.

DESSERT BAKE-OFF!
Enter your home-made dessert in our dessert bakeoff! Sign up if you're participating in the dessert bakeoff.

FALL FOOD!
Feel free to bring your favorite fall snack along to share!

COSTUME CONTEST! (Check out this year's changes!)
Dress up in your best family-friendly costumes. We'll have "secret agents" roaming the event and voting for their favorite costumes, so have fun & get creative! (Remember to keep it appropriate and family-friendly for this event!)

HAYRIDES!
This year we are excited to offer hayrides throughout the evening (weather permitting).

FIREPIT & S'MORES
We will have a fire pit and s'mores! Come and enjoy! (weather permitting)

KIDS GAMES & CRAFTS!
There will be fun fall festival games for the littles where they will be able to collect prizes and just have a great time! We will also have some fun crafts available.

Make sure to sign up for the chili cookoff and dessert bakeoff!

WE NEED YOU! Please sign up to volunteer to help out. We are looking for people to help with setup, cleanup, kids' games & prize station, s'mores/fire pit, and hayrides (ride-along). Volunteers will be assigned a 30 minute shift in the area(s) they select. Thank you for helping make this event awesome!
