Whether you went to Dyffryn Lower School, have family who did, or you just fancy a lovely afternoon out, we’d love to see you there.
Over the past six weeks, Taibach community members have been coming together to share memories of Dyffryn Lower School and their hopes for the future of Taibach. Working with professional musicians from Live Music Now, these stories have been brought to life in a brand-new song.
You, your friends, family and neighbours are warmly invited to the first-ever performance of ‘Remembering Dyffryn Lower’ – plus a mince pie and plenty of community spirit.
We’ll also be spreading festive cheer with beautiful live performances from grand harpist Bethan Semmens and guitarist/violinist Aneirin Jones.
This project is funded by Hale Construction and Linc Cymru, and delivered by Live Music Now Cymru, who have been commissioned to run the Dyffryn in Song! project.
