Serenity Tai Chi and Qigong at the Gardens

This class nurtures relaxation, balance and emotional clarity while supporting whole-body health. Each session blends soft, mindful movement with deep breathing techniques to promote inner stillness, and long lasting emotional well-being. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a tranquil space to unwind and restore balance.

Dress comfortably in flat tennis shoes and bring your water bottle and a towel.

Registration is required by 10 a.m. day of class. Friends Members are $10.00 per class. Non-Friends Members are $15.00 per class.​​​

Event will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather. Refunds are unable to be provided for no-shows.
