R.A.D. Challenge with Precision Meal Prep

This will be the workout programmed in each of our classes Friday. Just like The Open, our MORNING CLASSES will be run as usual at 5AM, 6AM, & 10AM; However, our EVENING classes will be run HEAT STYLE with heats running from 4:30PM - 7:30PM. THE WORKOUT, FOR TIME:

- 50/40 Calorie Row (M/F)

- 50 Wall Ball @ 20/14lbs to 10/9’ (M/F)

- 50/40 Calorie Bike (M/F)

Time cap 10 minutes. Can be scaled with reps.
