The Literary Flow- a Restorative Yoga & Reading experience

Imagine Restorative Yoga and Book Club meet up! This 90 minute experience will incorporate passive stretches and soft movement with quiet reading time woven in. We will.close with some literary discussion and refreshments. Two of our favorite things, yoga and reading. This will be a truly relaxing experience along with true connection to your fellow participants! Bring a book and a mat, we'll provide the rest.
